This is the cheapest fully realized VR experience. The trade-off is you HAVE to be in the Facebook ecosystem.
The controllers are really nice and the graphics are good and the convenience of no cords and truly plug-and-play having used some other VR things is amazing and just works.
That said, obviously, the value is in Facebook getting all your sweet sweet data and who knows whatever else secret data points.
It is a trade off and for me, worth it.
YMMV.

Like, it works well but the sides' plastic feels thin and I worry about it breaking.
The utility of the crank on the back and the head cupping thing and all that are so much more comfortable and convenient it feels like it should be the default but I guess they were able to save a few bucks this way.

So ponderous but the ludo-narrative dissonance for the story mode is so high! Also, the most restrictive open world game I have played in a long time. The mission structure is SO dated, it is wild!
I played the online game for a few hours and it is slightly less empty than the single player game. The loot system is kind of grindy-.

It is light, easy to add a micro-SD and add whatever extra space you need.
