Macbook was excellent. screen is quality, it's fast and the ports added back in are fantastic. I took one star off because the box was damaged when we picked it up at Best Buy- NOT a good way to make first impression. Luckily MAC was ok which is why we bought Apple Care!

My first laptop in 4 years and my first "gaming" one. Setup was easy and no big issue with laptop. screen is gorgeous. Fan does run louder than my old HP Envy. What operating system does this use? I looked & didn’t see. Also is it 64bit? I’m looking to pick one up to do some 3D printing. I have an older laptop with windows vista. It’s 32 bit so I can’t use the software I need.

I have an almost 10 year old HP2-1394. Will this be compatible? I have 6GB Memory already inside. Should I remove that one and replace it with two of these 8GB new ones (for a total of 16GB RAM - 8GB per slot) Thanks.
If you are running 64 bit OS (Windows 10) then you can replace the memory with 2 of these 8GB uDimms. They will run lower than rated speed as you have the Sandy Bridge chipset. but they will work. Your computer will not run Windows 11 as the processor is too slow- You might consider if it's time to upgrade?
