Worst home delivery experience. Installers arrived removed my working washer. Replaced with brand new washer that does not work. They left water and mess all over the floors and dirt markings on the walls. They got in their truck and took off with my working washer. Did not communicate any plan to remedy the situation and would not return my working unit.

The installers hooked up new washer dryer said it is defective and they left it not working got in their truck and left without communicating anything to me. I called geek squad as I had purchased 5 year protection plan and they told me to find my own tech since they had nobody available for several weeks.
