Use better reinforced packaging for steelbooks!!

When you use the U.S Postal service for a customer’s order, why cant you put an “exclusive” steelbook in something like a reinforced box type packaging (as you’ve done before) or some packing stronger then a bubble pack type envelope?? I just bought the dune steelbook, received it with dents and dings in it!…use some common sense!!

Postal packaging-2 stars
I wish Best Buy would use stronger packaging to mail something like this their customers. It arrived in an oversized, thinly bubble cushioned envelope jammed into a small apt mailbox. These steelbooks are considered collectible by most who seek them out, and can sustain damage very easily. I know you cant control the postal carriers, but, you can help keep merchandise in condition people’d like it to arrive in.
I bought the HBO Watchmen series steelbook through your online ordering also and that arrived in a cardboard dvd-sized box.
Wish you’d go back to that. Please start caring about how you send your merchandise through to postal service.
