This is excellent entry level laptop, but that being said, it is one of the best. I could not believe the price. You will not be disappointed, I love it! The build quality is excellent, as well as the resale value. This laptop runs very cool and can run almost every app you can think of. It is good for multitasking on a daily basis and can handle light gaming. I am mostly a Mac user, when it comes to PC usage, Microsoft is the best! This laptop has an excellent touch screen, runs cool and quiet, battery life and decent graphic capabilities. Worth every penny!!

These Bose headphones are really wonderful in every way. I love the choice of color, the sound is amazing and crisp, as Bose added an equalizer to the app to personalize your sound. No touch controls is a plus for me (Yay), as I prefer a simpler button layout. They are extremely light and can be worn for long periods of time without fatigue. The battery life and standby time has been very good. These headphones can be connected to up to eight devices. Through the Bose music app you are able to fully customize your listening experience. I absolutely loved this laptop and returned it. For me the hard drive wasn't big enough because of large files. It is fine for an average user. I purchased one through Apple in order to buy a larger hard drive and additional ram. The build quality of this laptop is exceptional and I actually prefer using it to the M2 MacBook Air because of its traditional MacBook Air form factor. I love the gold color, the sound, fingerprint sensor, keyboard and Retina display. If you are lucky enough to find one on sale, you will not be disappointed. It is a joy to use as a daily driver and is extremely portable. It is very powerful, passively cooled and the the battery life is very good.

I really love this Ipad pro upgrade. I was able to get mine on sale at Best Buy for $999 with 512Gb of storage and I am loving it. I upgraded from the 3rd gen Ipad pro 12.9". The screen is unbelievable and is a pleasure to use, and very responsive. It also doesn't feel as heavy as my 3rd gen. I am enjoying the M1 chip and the use of stage manager as well. My only complaint is a lack of battery life, vs my M2 Macbook Air and my previous gen Ipad. I purchased an apple pencil gen 2 for the first time and have noticed that keeping it attached to my Ipad all of the time causes a considerable drain on my battery, especially when playing games. I am going to leave the pencil unattached until it needs a charge and check to see how long my Ipad keeps a charge on its own. Keep this in mind if you buy one too. Other than that, no regrets, the Ipad does its job very well.

This is not my first mac purchase, but it is my first mac mini. I enjoy using my M1 macbook pro more. I find this machine to be a little buggy. I plugged in a new external dvd drive and itunes crashed. There are a nice number of ports, and it boots very quickly. I have a small desk space, so its compact size is convenient. That being said, I am still contemplating whether or not to return it. I think that it may be wise to wait for a newer version which is around the corner. The overall performance does not feel as solid as my other macs and the $900 price tag is hefty for the specs, 512/8.

I absolutely love the versatility of this laptop, it's probably the best experience that I've ever had with new tech. I'm enjoying the ease of Windows 11 and everything that this laptop could do seamlessly. Microsoft creates top notch laptops and they cut no corners on the build quality of this one. The speed, sound and using the keyboard is a pleasure. Using the touch screen for drawing and design is perfect every time despite its size and portability. The price is high, but worth every penny for what you are getting in this machine. I love the outer finish, no fingerprints! So far light gaming has been incredible and watching movies looks great, the screen is very crisp. I am looking forward to playing android games when they are available in Windows 11. I suggest buying the second gen Surface pen to take full advantage of the touch screen. The battery life is good, a charge lasts all day, depending on your activity. What a great gaming laptop. Its very sturdy and well built, lots of needed ports! No card reader though, but I have one on my many dongles! It handles all tasks with ease and live wallpapers look beautiful. It was on sale for $799 and you cant beat the price. I love the white speckle finish, no fingerprints. The battery life is great while doing most all tasks. I like to leave it plugged in while playing games, the power brick is huge, but this machine is not meant to be portable. I definitely would recommend this laptop for anyone looking for a solid laptop that could handle any tasks as well as playing games. Music and movies sound great and I have not had any issues with the laptop getting hot with extended use. Dell also includes very useful software to assist in optimizing your settings which is very helpful. **^^You should always use a nice chill mat while playing games, as this will help to boost the performance of the machine while playing intensive games… Enjoy

Pretend money wasn’t an option. I’m not buying for gaming. But plan to use a lot. Would you recommend surface laptop Studio 16gb i7 512 or surface pro 8 same specs? Thanks
I have not used the surface pro 8, but I am really enjoying the form factor of the surface studio. The build quality is amazing, and I love the way this laptop sounds. This laptop is great for all tasks and is a pleasure to use. I have been playing some games with xbox pass and I bought the $2100 model with dedicated graphics, it definitely makes a difference when playing games and watching videos. Just keep in mind that the lower priced machines do not have a dedicated graphics card. Good luck!

I would continue to use the Norton antivirus which comes preinstalled on the laptop. Best Buy wanted my card information on file and they couldn’t tell me when I would be billed within the next six months or for how much the Trend Antivirus would cost. The machine runs flawlessly with Norton antivirus.
