For the price, you can’t go wrong. TCL makes great sets for the money, and this set is no different. It’s the perfect bedroom set. No, there’s no Dolby Vision or 120hz, but at $230 or less, that would be unrealistic. The fact is the picture is great, and the Roku OS is smooth, reliable, and has the best selection of apps. From Netflix, Vudu, Disney +, and even Apple TV. You really can’t go wrong, and the picture is superior to other budget sets.

If you’re a fan of either game, these remasters are well worth the money. Both are great games, and for the average price of $40, you can’t go wrong. If you’re a PlayStation-only gamer, these games are a must buy. The reason being that neither the PS4 or the PS5 support PlayStation 3 backwards compatibility, and the PS3 versions of these games were inferior to the 360 versions back in 2010. If you’ve played the originals, you know what to expect. A sharp remaster that runs at a stable 60fps.
If you’ve never played Bayonetta, you’re missing out. It was created by Hideki Kamiya, who originally made Resident Evil 2 and created Devil May Cry. To me, Bayonetta is better than Devil. Ay Cry as far as bosses and gameplay. It’s a great action game, as is Vanquish. If you’re planning on getting a Series X, you’re good to go. These games will be fully playable.

An amazing remake to arguably two of the best skateboarding games ever made. Everything is a dramatic Improvement. If you play the original Tony Hawk games, you'll love this remake.
If you're new to the series, you'll get hooked in and see what all the fuss was about over 20 years ago. The graphics are beautiful, crisp, and now run at 60fps with HDR.

If you liked Far Cry 5, you’ll like this bargain priced follow-up. It’s not as long or content packed as Far Cry 5, but it’s much lengthier than a DLC. It takes place years after the Far Cry 5 cliffhanger, and gives you a definitive ending, with plenty of things to do. It’s frequently on sale, and I highly recommend it. It’s not GOTY, but it’s very good, and in an era of publishers ripping gamers off with micro transactions, it’s a great deal.

The best this film will ever look...

First things first, this film is a classic. If you haven’t seen it, this is the definitive edition. The film came out in 2002, and is a Great War movie that shows the gritty side to war, where even peace keeping is dangerous.
With that said, it’s a Sony transfer, so you can expect a reference quality disc. That’s exactly what you get. You get a native 4K transfer (from a new 4K scan of the 35MM film) with an amazing Dolby Atmos soundtrack that sounds better than it ever did, even in the theater. You also get the extended edition that adds to the movie. If you want to show off your 4K and sound system, it’s a no brainer.

Arguably the best film in the Fast and Furious

I love the Fast and Furious series. They’re meant to be action packed and entertaining, and in my opinion, they deliver in spades. No one sees them for an incredible plot. With that said, while I love them all, Fast 5 is my favorite because it was th most balanced, introduced The Rock to the franchise , and resurrected the entire franchise into the blockbuster juggernaut that it is today.
It was filmed in 35MM, and has a 2K DI (Digital Intermediate). Before you scoff, you should know that it looks noticeably better than the standard Blu-ray thanks to HDR and fine detail. It also has a great DTS X soundtrack that sounds as good as it is ever going to sound. Even the extended edition is here in 4K. If you’re a fan, it is worth the buy. Especially since is is frequently sold for less than $20.

I’ve been a longtime Yakuza (Ryu ga Gotoku in Japan) fan since 2004. The games have been excellent and are finally getting the respect and attention they deserve here in the states. Thank Sega for releasing every Yakuza game on the PS4 now and in the upcoming months. But enough of that. This is the first spinoff, where instead of playing as Kazuma Kiryu, you play as a disgraced attorney turned Private Eye, who is trying to prove the innocence of a Yakuza boss charged with murder. The game is fun,intuitive, and has a gripping story. There simply isn’t anything like it. Just buy it, and see for yourself.

This TV sells for as little as $300 on sale. So what are you getting for your money? A 55 inch 4K screen, for starters. You also get a built-in Roku 4K.
This is a true 4K screen, and even supports HDR. For just over $300, it’s unmatched. I paid $250 for a basic 32-inch Samsung 1080p screen. Is this going to look better than a higher end Samsung, Sony, LG, or TCL 4K screen? No. But those sets cost significantly more. Will it do 1000 nits of HDR brightness? No. But you get to experience a ton of 4K content on a nice screen that looks great with a little bit of tweaking.

It’s painfully obvious that Sony put zero effort into this PlayStation Classic, as the emulation is wonky running at PAL frame rates, even though we’re NTSC. This was a quick cash grab trying to compete with the huge success of the NES and SNES classic. At $100, it’s a total ripoff.
However, there is good news. For $20 it’s a steal. Thanks to the community, this box can easily be fixed with a cheap thumb drive of 64GB or more, and some simple software. You can have full control over your PS games and even add more games and consoles. It will basically become an awesome emulation box. A simple google search will guide you.

Battle Angel Alita is an awesome movie that many people missed in the theater. It's faithful to the anime and manga, while also having great special effects and story. This is the best version of the movie, with an excellent 4K transfer featuring the Double D (Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos) from Fox. This is a first. Definitely worth the pickup.
