Mic arm was broken in 30 minutes

After looking online (after the fact), this is a known issue/defect with the headset. The mic arm should flip up and down. When doing this, the arm becomes very loose and eventually falls off (you can try and pop it back in, but it has no tension and is very loose). Only fix online is to take the headset apart.
