Bought a couple of these for 2 kids in school. There are some nice features (nice screen, touch screen, 12GB mem, backlit keyboard, nice, thoughtful built-in camera cover, etc.) They've only had them about a month so I can't speak to the longevity but the case is nice and sturdy as well. I do feel the retail is about $100 too high but there were education discounts when I got ours. They initially wanted chromebooks to save money but that is like trying to dig a hole with a teaspoon instead of a shovel. If you can afford the extra $$, these are waaaay better.

When on sale, imo, this is much better than anything 2 or 3 times its cost. It is not an absolute top of the line speaker...but it is a very nice sounding, compact, water resistant speaker. You can connect 2 by blutooth to make stereo also. Finally, the battery lasts a loooong time. If you don't like it, return it...but I doubt you will. I bought several for Christmas gifts.

Fairly good value for the price. My son wanted at least a 1080P tv for his room--hooked up a cheap antenna and he has over 30 free channels. It is not a smart TV so if you want that with this, you'd have to hook up a roku or something, not a big deal for us. Picture is decent, sound is as always on the cheaper TVs, not the best so he hooked up some amplified speakers--works great.

Nice but did not solve my problem

I bought this higher end sinewave model to replace a lower priced cyberpower AVR backup, The previous backup was not keeping my PC powered up during power outages--the PC would turn off immediately--not good. (My PC had a Thermaltake power supply.) This unit is nice but didn't solve the problem for the higher price. I had to replace the power supply with a corsair model, now they both work fine together.

I've had a ridiculously hard time finding software that will reliably clone a windows hard drive. This product has so far cloned 3 and all 3 worked without issue. I should note, I used the external process where you insert both the blank and the drive to be copied, directly into the unit and press the button. As long as both drives are the same size, this process makes an exact duplicate of the windows system and all your programs and data.

I tried the ROKU ULTRA first...but it quit working after 6 hours. Tried everything to get it to turn back on...nope. Perhaps I just got a bad unit. I returned the ultra and got two of these other ROKU models that still control the TV volume (not all of them do), at half the price--these have worked perfectly. It WOULD be nice if the remotes would light. Also, make sure you are aware of the resolution setting and its affect on your data cap (if you have one). 1080P sucks up about 4GB per hour and 4K gobbles about 8GB per hour.

I don't know that this is a fair criticism. I've bought a lot of speakers in my life and unless they specifically said on the box or advertisement, I've never seen wall mounts or speaker wires included. Not saying it isn't possible somewhere in the universe...but not usually on Earth. First, most people probably won't use a wall mount, and second, the speaker company has no idea how long of wires to include because they don't know where you are putting them. Then there is the issue that everyone seems to like different weights/quality of wire. By not including these items, they can keep the cost of the speakers at a lower price. I wouldn't make this comment but I'm hoping to prevent you from being upset when every other speaker you get is packaged the same way without wire and wall mounts.

I've only had this a couple days but so far I really like it. Most important reason for my purchase was battery life, and its what I expected. I don't know if I could really get 3 days with my usual use but definitely 2 days of fairly constant use...and that was what I was looking for. Build quality, screen, sound, camera, processor, etc are all very nice imo. Took a 500GB SD card for extra storage, no problem. I'm not quite use to the latest android OS yet so that might take a bit and I'm not sure the touch sensors towards the top of the screen are as responsive as they should be. Seems I have to touch things there a few times more than I should. All in all, nice phone and I'll be surprised if Motorola doesn't sell a ton of these. PS. The selection of cases is a bit narrow at the moment because it is brand new but I have no doubt, more will be available soon.
