This says that it is a ceramic non-stick skillet, but in the Q&A someone posted that it is coated with Teflon. Is this free of Teflon or not?

Does it work good when it’s windy? I’m looking for something to use in camp grounds, I’ve tried a couple but they disappointed me. Takes forever for them yo heat up
