I bought this warranty for my washer because I had an Issue with the first one. I didn’t know Best Buy only gives you 14 day returns on Appliance. I thought because I was elite plus I had 45 days return policy. But no only 14 days lucky Samsung gives 1 year manufacture warranty. The washer broke 16 days inn. So with the second one. I bought this warranty I hope it’s worth it

I bought the pair. I’ll tell you this. The first washer came defective didn’t buy the insurance for it but with my luck it broke right away. I went to Best Buy they told me to call Samsung cause even with elite members it’s only 14 day return policy. I was 16 days with it. I called Samsung they came check it out that’s when they told me that the weights snapped from the drum. So I need a replacement Samsung gave me a ticket # to take back to Best Buy they brought me another one. But this time I got lucky. So I went ahead and bought the warranty this time

When I bought my hood it said it came with some but when I looked inside there weren’t any off them. The mistake I did that I bought the hood at Home Depot. And when I told them that it was missing the filters they said I had to call Samsung. So you know how that went. Well there on now looks like they are doing it’s job
