talk about somethin sturdy and well done, this wall mount does the job. I paired it with a 24" lcd for the kitchen / dining room area. its super sturdy and does the job. it was easy to install. I did have to get the correct vesa metric screws to accommodate the tv and spacers, but I picked this up at the hardware store

yes, you can connect this tv via rj45 connection on back of tv or via wifi, your choice. The cable connection is a more stable connection because of it not being wireless. I am super happy with my connection which is wifi. one added benefit is that the tv has a processor and it works real fast
