Not working properly and

having problems with audio on the TV, purchased the TV on April 6, 2019 and called Greek team on May 31, 2019 concerning the problem. Wanted to just exchange the TV and move on. But to my surprise that is not how it works. You take it in and they have to look at it, send it out and maybe exchange the product. I should have read the fine print on the extended warranty.
