Have been an HP and Canon printer user all my life. Needing a new printer, I decided to look for a solid highly rated all-in-one. At one time Epson has been considered one of the best. Saw this one on sale and it seemed to fit my business needs at a good price. So far, I am impressed - clean copy, clean print and good scanning quality. My only challenge so far is getting to the main "control screen" where I control settings for scanning and saving documents. Ultimately, I accidently find it... perhaps just need a bit more learning to get there more efficiently, assuming there is one, and I trust with all the features it has. Again, so far so good!

I've have Webroot for a number of years, occasionally trying other similar products, but always seem to come back to Webroot. You don't even know it is there. My PC still screams right along, hardly being impacted by Webroot's security package. Easy to install, updates without having to be reminded, and has done great protecting my system. Reasonably priced, easy to maintain, lots of features... worth every penny!

Having had Webroot Security for about 5 years, I thought I would try Norton once more. I gave up on it a few years ago because it was so resource heavy, it bogged down my system. Well, it is just like I remembered. I visibly slows down my system. Additionally, although full of features (a plus), it is a bit too complicated to set up and feel confident it was done correctly. More complex is not always better. Good product? Yes... but too time and resource intensive for me.
