satisfactory and steam hose to dryer was stretched to a maximum length and dryer vent was also stretched to a maximum length and
pulled out too far from wall. Best Buy store agreed that pictures showed a poor install.

Had go return washer and dryer as basement location would not
allow proper installation of hoses for steam operation. Dryer electrical connection and vent were too far from cold water pipe to allow correct install. Hose was stretched too tight and dryer vent
was stretched too tight. Had to replace with LOG i7200.

First microwave made a growling sound when first turned on and
during sensor cooking when turning on and off.
Geek Squad rep said he had never heard that sound before and
diagnosed it as a faulty magnetron.
Best Buy replaced with a new unit which does not make that sound
and so far works great. All this in a two week period.
