Different. The atmosphere is amazing. Richard Stanley did a great job. Movie is a bit dull in some areas, but the extreme effects distract in those moments. Worth a watch. Only negative is it didn’t come with a digital copy.

Lots of backlash against this movie, but it’s mostly unwarranted. Things change people change circumstances change. It’s worth a watch if you like action, but if you’re expecting a classic, just get the originals—- okay sequel.
Very dark scenes hard to see what’s going on on screen in more than a few parts.
Steelbook is fitting for steel machine story haha.

Movie is only 4.5 stars for me, but 4K and in your own home and other features (Blu-ray and digital copy) are what set it apart. No frills, you either are a fan or not...... if you’re a fan, go big and get the 4K.

This is a hit/miss film for many. I have particular criticisms, but they’re not vital. It’s long and a “slice of life” kind of story. If you’re looking for thrills, you won’t really find it here. However, if you’re a bit of a cinefile, I highly recommend giving it a watch at least.
