The difference between OLED and anything else is like night and day. OLED is the best when it comes to blacks, contrast, etc. but you already knew that if you're reading this. What I can share is that this TV works well with Alexa and our soundbar. We originally tried the Sony A80J and that picture was amazing also however Google Home did not work well with Alexa and our Ring doorbell and it also had some incompatibility issues with our Vizio soundbar. LG C1 had no problems and works perfectly with our home system.

Easy set up but not good for NYC, too much static

Easy set up and easy to use however living in NYC, there was just too much static. Was able to find only one open channel and the sound worked, it just didn't sound as clear as you'd like. If you live in an uncongested town or city, I'm sure it would work better.
