Comcast/Xfinity gig speed modem

I have the Comcast/Xfinity Triple Play (Cable TV, Internet and Home Security). I previously had the voice feature but replaced it with the home security because I never used the voice feature and wanted gig speed. This modem is one that allows gig speed. I get well over 900 Mbps on my desktop and over 500-600 Mbps on my iPhone. I also have the Netgear Orbi router to go with this modem. I highly recommend this cable modem. Easy to install too.

Super Cool Movie

I enjoyed this version of the retold story of how Superman died. The only thing I did not like was now I have to wait until the follow up movie is released. The bonus features were fun to watch too as they explained why they told the story in the manner they did and what is next to come. I could have bought the 4K version but I wanted this because of the collectible figure.

I love Terminator 2 and wanted to preorder this last December. Then I found out it was no longer being sold so I bought the 4K HD Ultra Blu-ray. Fast forward seven months or so and I saw the news that the Endoarm Collector's Edition was once again for sale so I made sure to buy it. I noticed it is now sold out. I would recommend this for any Terminator fan who wants the Endoarm as a collectible. If you do not mind having it then the 4K HD Ultra Blu-ray is worth buying too. Love watching it on my LG OLED TV.

The manufacturer's info states: "Not compatible with Cable bundled voice services". What exactly does that mean? I plan on ordering Comcast's "triple play", which is internet, TV, and a phone. Will this work with that plan?
I have the Triple Play but used to have the voice feature. This modem will not work with the voice feature.
In my area I have gig speed but there are no cable modems that will provide gig speed with the voice feature. You can see the list of cable modems that you can buy from retail on their web site and which works for gig speed, voice, etc.
Since I had ADT for home security and was paying $57 per month I dropped their service and replaced the voice feature with Comcast/Xfnity's home security.
With this modem I now have gig speed and still have the same bill amount with my Triple Play except now I save $57 per month by dropping ADT.
If you do what I did make sure to get a Netgear Orbi router too. Your Internet speed will be the same throughout your house as well as outside in your front and back yards.
