I still despise talking to "Alexa". The sound is quite good and I primarily listen to Sinatra, Mathis, the Beatles, etc. The picture quality is fine and I am hoping to use this as a monitoring station for home security video.
I do recommend it. I just loath talking to "Alexa". Never liked doing that and never will. Ease of use is only four stars because of "Alexa". GAAAAACK!!!!

Yup. Four. I gave three of them as gifts because I like to give something that I know is an excellent product and having owned several sets of Bose® speakers, including the legendary 901s, I have ZERO reservations about buying something from them.
The workmanship is excellent. The sound superb . The style, is beyond reproach. The sound? Yeah...Again, SUPERB. This speakers, these "headphones" are not for the stuck up of the frAudiophile World (I read that term on the internet and it is hilarious!), they are for REAL people that enjoy listening to music, NOT equipment. Bose makes excellent products for people, not SNOBS.
Only a snob listens to equipment while a person listens to music. Music is the soundtrack of our lives. Love is friendship set to music. These Soundwear Companions are worth the price of admission and I was ready to buy two of them when they went on sale at 50%, soooooo...I bought four of them instead!
They are extremely easy to set up and you can use the Bose App or just hook them up via Bluetoof without the App. They work and they reproduce music beautifully. I gave one pair to my son and two pair (a pair of pairs!) to my brother and his wonderful wife! They really LIKE them! My sister-in-law is a Goldsmith and can easily wear them and enjoy music while working at her bench. She wears them in their garden. She wears them around the house. They both wear them around the house and like my son, they both reeeeeeeeeeally like these 'phones!

And it does exactly what a keyboard should do. Don't believe me? It's doing keyboardish stuff write (get it?!) now.

They grow probably 75% of their food themselves as my brother is a vegan (no...He's a good vegetarian, one that doesn't jump in my face for eating meat. He is not a grumpy, judgeMENTAL vegen, LOL! They have already begun using it for herbs and the like and soon they will start doing tomatoes and if I'm lucky, some apricots for me! Doggie treats for our most excellent Labratard pooch! Who knows what else they'll be sucking the liquid out of with this most excellent Food Dehydrator from my abso-freakin'-lutely favourite (note the cultured European spelling!) electronics store - Best Buy.
I was told this thing really works great and they could not be happier with this gift and that is the entire purpose of giving something to someone you care about: Making them happy!
I even got them the two year extended warranty! Why? Because I LOVE them, that's why? And it was affordable peace of mind to boot. Look, I'm not just any major dude but I will tell you, this thing (per my brother and his wife) is FANTASTIC!
I am no cook, let alone a chef (well...Maybe along the lines of Chef Boyardee or Chef Tell!) but from what they tell me this thing is a quality piece of equipment and it gets the job done. What more could anyone want from a Food Dehyrdator?

...What can I say. Look my friends, I have been a video fiend for decades. I have had VHS, S-VHS, Laser Disc, DVD, Blu-Ray and now 4K.
I have over a thousand films on all of the aforementioned formats and have enjoyed (and will continue to enjoy) them all. I don't buy films unless I am CERTAIN I will view them a lot more than just "once or twice". Example?
I have seen my absolute favorite film, "Kingdom of Heaven" well over 100 times. I have seen my second favorite film, "Quo Vadis" well over 100 times. I have seen all of the "Thin Man" series of films well over 100 times. Musicals such as "Oklahoma" and "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers"? Well over 100 times. And the bestest part of it all?
They are mine now. And I can watch them whenever I want to.
"Captain Marvel" is now a part of my collection of films, which by the way, goes back to the 1920s. I do not buy poop. I buy that which makes me smile, laugh and sometimes..."think". Yup. I like to smile. I like to laugh. And movies are meant to do that. Don't believe me then I suggest you watch the excellent "Sullivan's Travels". Then you will know why.
This film, "Captain Marvel" is a fine edition to my life. It's fun. It's silly. It's fun. Did I mention it's "FUN"? Well it is.
I highly recommend it.

Other than a weird " mosaic" look to some black areas on the screen the picture is great. But..
I absolutely HATE that this TV with my Denon AVR-X4300H. My previous TV didn't have the Denon turn on automatically when I turned on the TV and then drive me NUTSO by trying to upset me (and it does!) by going through and turning on every source connected but never the one I want which is usually nothing at all.
I HATE that and I know it's the new TV because the previous one didn't do that. Hisense? Help!
I have unplugged all sources to stop this but then when I want to watch a UHD Disc I have to get back there and plug it back in. I am handicapped and this really sucks. I've looked and cannot find why this TV does this so I am hoping Hisense and make some sense of this and tell me where to turn it OFF!!!!
Again, I absolutely HATE this "feature" of turning on media sources and being a handicapped senior I am about to give up and throw this piece in the trash!

I fixed the "mosaic" effect that plagued deep black backgrounds. Now the picture is at last, SUPERB! Even after turning off the HDMI feature that seeks out and turns on associated equipment it still does just that. So...I just keep turning them off until it finally gives up. I never heard from Hisense and I am disappointed with that aspect but I would not give the TV 5 Stars for its overall performance.
And no! This reviewer DOES NOT RECALL EVER HAVING received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The pusillanimous out there need to realize that not every review I do will not reveal a genuine problem.

This purchase has been a NIGHTMARE! LG has left us with a dead unit for several months now and this after I spent several thousands of dollars on their Studio line of Kitchen appliances for our home. An oven. A dishwasher. A refrigerator and this piece of garbage Range Hood.
The hood has not worked in MONTHS and LG does nothing but give us the runaround. I have jumped through their hoops like a trained dog at a circus! Their customer service is TERRIBLE. There are supposedly 120 of the Range Hoods in LG's warehouse and yet they cannot get one to me?
Now they want me to remove the Serial Number/Model Number sticker from the hood and cut it in half and take a picture of it and send it to them. I have sent them photos of said sticker. I have sent the photos of the receipt that I actually bought this from Best Buy (several times I have sent this!) and they do NOTHING!
Their customer service center is useless as NOTHING is done by them. I have asked for help from "management" and it is promised and then...NOTHING is done by them.
They keep ignoring me across the board and one supposes it is their hope that I will give up. I am NOT giving up!
LG treats their customers as if they are lying. We have had multiple LG Technicians out to fix this thing and after the 4th time failing to do so, the Techs were told "No RA is authorized!" They are treating me like crap. LG's customer service is non-existent.

LG Studio Range Hood UPDATE!

I would very much like to commend two Best Buy Employees that helped us with out problem with LG and our Studio Range Hood. With the kind assistance and hard work of Bailey and Jenny our non-functioning for months Range Hood was replaced by Best Buy. I have nothing but praise for these two women and Best Buy. LG treated us poorly but when I contacted Jenny and Bailey they went to work right away and after waiting months for LG to do nothing but ignore us, they had set up a date for the defective unit to be removed and a new, fully functioning Studio Range Hood installed!
I always purchase my electronics, appliances and more from Best Buy. I have been doing so for decades now and Best Buy has always be wonderful to us. LG on the other hand ignored me for months on a product that was brand new. I am and will continue to be a Best Buy Total Tech Member and customer because of Jenny and Bailey as well as everyone I have come to know over the years at the Best Buy locations I use (Chula Vista and San Diego) because they have always been very helpful.
If I could amend my review to show 5 ***** STARS right now, I would have done so and all because of Best Buy's excellent people. I originally purchased (all from LG's Studio Collection) the Range Hood, an Oven, Dishwasher and my favorite, a side by side refrigerator with 2 ice makers and a pull out lower freezer with help from Jenny and her staff. She has been a tremendous help on this as has Bailey and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Best Buy for these two wonderful people. They worked as the perfect team to help us get our defective Range Hood replaced quickly and professionally.
The new unit works as advertised which is all anyone could ask of a product. Thank you Jenny and Bailey and thank you Best Buy for having them there to help my wife and I.

[Employee of bestbuy] The amplifier has enough wattage to drive practically any speaker, including my Bowers & Wilkins 704 s3 towers and my Martin Logan Motion 15i bookshelf speakers. I have this plugged permanently into my office production PC, running a 2.1 system with the virtual sound mode helping to fill the entire room with sound. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the reliance on the Heos app (which cannot be installed onto a PC or TV), and lack of physical controls on the device past play/pause, forward and backwards. Lack of volume control, input select, etc without either your phone or your tv remote mean you're reliant on your portable devices to control it. Not a huge deal for a STREAMING amp, as you probably will be working around that anyways, but it is annoying nonetheless.

HEOS is SUPERB and user friendly!

There is a volume control on the front of the M1. There are also "PLAY" and "PAUSE" controls on the front of the M1. As for the HEOS applicatiom? I find it easy and rather intuitive, at lease once you have familiarized yourself with it. There was a recent update to this application that makes grouping speakers/rooms easier than before. I went over it via telephone with my sister-in-law and she is thrilled with this aspect of the new features.
I have owned HEOS equipment since 2016 and it is without a doubt the easiest interface for home audio I have yet used. When I retired I bought with my own money 20 HEOS speakers from my local Best Buy to use at home as well as give to friends and family. They were the Home 150 and Home 250 models. HEOS works. I gave a set to a friend in her 80s and she can use it with ease and is so happy that she can now listen to music from Italy (she is fluent in Italian!).
No application is completely without annoyances but that is why there are updates and to date Denon/Marantz have been doing just that with this application. Denon HEOS speakers since the 2nd Generation are all High Resolution capable. In other words, they are far more capable of playing at bit rates and frequencies than the human ear can detect. I have 2nd gen speakers along with the newest Home series throughout our home. Even in my garage for my home gym! I will soon be giving five friends of mine each a Home 150 (no charge!) and I will set it up and show them how to navigate just as I did with my friend in her 80s. Why? Because I can. I want people to experience the soundtrack of their life with HEOS in their home. HEOS does not require that you have a HEOS equipped AVR (tho' I own and use 2 of them in our home!).
I never lie. It just works and works just fine! It is "Roon" ready if that is your cup o' tea. I tried it for over 2 months and did not find Roon at all useful to ME but that does not mean it will not be useful to others! I don't need Roon to help me hit "PLAY" or "RANDOM PLAY", LOL! I can easily play my CD collection via HEOS anywhere in our home that has a HEOS speaker. The same is true of my 20,000+ songs on any of my computers! I can also play vinyl records the same way, although I must admit it is not as good sounding as CDs or streaming but that is to be expected as the source is vinyl. Any that think I need a better turntable should know that I have a Pro-Ject X Series in walnut that I bought at Best Buy. The 'table is fantastic but the medium via WiFi is not as nice as it is directly played, if you will.
I wrote this to help people learn about HEOS. It really is fantastic and easy to use! I highly recommend it to everyone that just wants to enjoy their music anywhere in the home. I just bought a Denon Home Amp for use with a pair of towers in the garage gym and next will be a Marantz Model M1 for some seasoned citizen friends of mine in their living room at their home with their speakers! HEOS is that easy!

My TV has a horrid "mosaic" affect on deep blacks that cannot be adjusted away. Also, this new TV "communicates" with my Denon AVR and turns on the AVR and starts turning on media players like Blu Ray and UHD Disc players. I hate this!!! HELP!!!!!

Is the phono input section as poor as the one on my new Denon AVR-660H? That one just plain sucks and is soooo WEAK I need to turn the volume to at least "60" to hear anything of worth. Talk about shoddy! I also own an AVR-X4300H that is great!

I have no clue if there is an official procedure but...When I am done for the day making my ice, I simply turn it off, unplug it and face the drain plug toward the sink, remove the cap and let it drain. I then dry out the easily reached areas and let it sit with the lid open for a couple of hours. That's it. It seems to work for me and I use mine a LOT.

The Roomba App is more than sufficient. I really don't want or need (though others might!) Alexa or Hey Google to do this for me so...The Roomba Application is all you need to get this Roomba working! I can even tell both my Roombas (different models, one of which is about two or three years old now) to start cleaning remotely from my office. I simply select the Roomba app on my iPhone and tell the Roomba to start cleaning. It does so every time without fail and it does it via my cell (there is NO WiFi at my work) to my home. Roombas are my favorite robot vacuums!

Can you move the Roomba to another level in your home? Will it map out a second floor and keep multiple maps?
It should map out the new area and you can then name it 2nd Floor or whatever you choose. You would have to take the unit and physically place it there. It keeps multiple maps or at least for me it has. I suppose when charging time comes you will have to take it back downstairs or have moved the base to the second floor. I cannot recommend this Roomba enough. It has made life a little bit nicer for us! All the best!
