I've had this for about a week so far and everything appears to be running well. I replaced my TP-Link XE75 WiFi 6E with this and it definitely is an improvement. I used to have issues with some IoT devices dropping randomly and not reconnecting without resetting. So far that has not been an issue with these and I hope it continues that way. The only issue I have noticed is my upload speed via wireless is about 25 Mbps. If I run the speed test through the router is shows the 100 Mbps that I pay for, but on any other device it is throttled down to about 25 Mbps. I'm thinking it may be related to the AIProtection that is running which monitors the traffic for suspicious behavior, but I'm not entirely sure. Other than that, I am very happy for now and even that has not been an issue for most everything that I do. I also think the Asus app is better than the Deco app and the web interface is 1000x better with a lot more control which is nice.

Head Stopped Working

Overall this is a great little vacuum. Very powerful and pretty light and easy to use. However, after only using it for about 3 months, the large vacuum head stopped rotating. We took it apart as directed and completely cleaned it out and it rotates freely by hand. However, it will no longer rotate when the vacuum is on. Very frustrating!!

Great Printer for the Price

I got sick of my all-in-one inkjet clogging up and drying out and saw this printer for a descent price. My only complaint was getting the scan to email function working was somewhat difficult. However, when I called Canon, they helped resolve my issue fairly quickly. The issue was related to the Gmail security settings and how to set them properly to allow. All in all I am very happy with this printer although I'm a little concerned about the price of the OEM toner (~$70 per cartridge). I may have to look at some third party toner suppliers.

Overall this is a great little vacuum. Very powerful and pretty light and easy to use. However, after only using it for about 3 months, the large vacuum head stopped rotating. We took it apart as directed and completely cleaned it out and it rotates freely by hand. However, it will no longer rotate when the vacuum is on. Very frustrating!!

Part Being Replaced

Update - After exchanging a few emails with Dyson support yesterday where they asked for a copy of my receipt and then a video of the part in question, they finally agreed to send us a new part at no cost. They said to expect it in about 2 weeks. So, despite having to go back and forth with them a little bit on this, it appears they will honor the warranty and send us a replacement at no cost. That certainly makes us feel better and we are glad to see that they have taken action to resolve the issue without too much trouble on our part.

I have Comcast gig speed internet with their supplied router and modem combo. Can I use the orbi as a router and keep my Comcast modem and will I have to turn something off in the Comcast router and modem to only modem mode or is this automatic.
You can certainly use it with the Comcast modem/router combo. It will basically create its own network. The only issue you may have is the wireless frequencies interfering with each other. I'm not exactly sure which Comcast modem/router combo you have, but some have the capability to turn the wireless off which would be a good idea, if possible. If not, the other option is to ask Comcast if you can have just a modem only without the wireless router built in.

I don't really know. I was considering connecting the base to the satellite with Ethernet cable, but decided to try using the wireless capability first. The distance between both in my house is about 45-50 ft and I have not had any issues with the two communicating with each other. I've read in several places that it is OK to connect Ethernet cable. So, I don't know if you are defeating the power of the system, but if you are concerned, you might try connecting without the cable and see what happens.
