Not bad for the Joker

I'm not going to give this a quick 5-Stars like most people would, mainly because I am still partial to Heath Ledger's portrayal as the Joker. That's a tough act to follow, but this version is different.
I think the overall movie is interesting and gives a totally different insight into the life of Joker. Things we haven't seen before. That alone is worth your time in watching this movie.
This is a very solid 4-Star movie, yet for me not a 5-Star. You will most likely enjoy the flick with no problem.

Working great in my computer

Needed to replace my original DVD+RW drive in my home computer and trusted this LG product. Everything is working just fine and I even brought it home and installed it myself within 5 minutes.
If you are in the same boat, I would recommend grabbing this item and you won't look back. Also, the installation is so easy. Don't pay the Geek Squad $40 for what you can do in 5 minutes. They will even tell you that because it is so simple.

Cannot get in the flow...

I have tried to watch this movie 3 times now and each time I have fallen asleep. Seems like it might be an interesting enough storyline, but the movie drags and there is too much dead space (no pun intended).
I noticed that there is a major lack of humor in this show, not to mention the main character seems to be a loner and is a bit lifeless.
I will try again... good luck if you make it through the first time!

Not Tarantino's better attempts...

Was excited for the new Quentin Tarantino film and having Di Caprio and Pitt star in the movie gave me great hope for an excellent show. Not so fast my friend...
I suppose I need to give it another chance, but the first viewing put me to sleep within 30 minutes of the film. Hoping that it has a bit more life to it, but I'm doubtful. You might want to wait and watch this one on HBO or NetFlix.

The perils of Mt Everest on 4K

This movie gives you a nice insight on the dangerous drive of the elite who want to make that "life statement" by scaling Mt Everest with their guides. People try to reach the top and people die... it happens every year. Worth a watch and not too bad, but I still prefer "Vertical Limit" over this one.

Who doesn't like The Wizard of Oz? C'mon... this will forever be a classic and very exciting to see in 4K technology on a film that was produced in 1939. It was ahead of its time and I had to have the SteelBook edition, too.
