Keyboard works...There is no on/off buttons on the keyboard itself. If the dongle is unattached then the mouse and keyboard are off...Although the mouse could still be in the ON position. For a basic keyboard this is how it works I guess. No frills no backlight, and the key travel is longer than a laptop keyboard, but it will save laptop keys from overuse. $15 keyboard that should be about $10 or less. I will replace it with a higher quality unit in the future. The mouse is pretty good, but a smaller size my hp 4000b.

Instructions were awful to follow. I believe the screen protector was manufactured backwards. The sticky side was upside down, needless to say fingerprints, dust made its way to the phone screen, a waste, and a hassle.

This is a complex question with no easy answers. There is a usb connection which does do basic printing, but if you are looking to scan in pages, you have to download "apps" for it to scan wirelessly from HP and all the HP instant ink service stuff which I do not intend to do. Read and understand everything before you download it.

The Best Buy Geek Squad call center was very disappointing in their help, they hung up on me after I finally got through to someone who could help me, so there was NO HELP!!! Just a waste of my time!!!! The download is still on my best buy account, but still will not download.
My solution, well, I resolved it myself. I used the trend micros website and got it to work from them. As long as you have the product key it should work for you. Be patient with the download it will take a while and you it'll have you create a trend micro account.
