Great Fan...when it's working

I've had to return this product twice...so I'm on my third one. When it works, it's great. The first one I bought shut off after I turned on the oscillating feature. I went to the store and got another. That one worked for two days. I realized I never tried the heater feature. I turned it on. One side was blowing hot air, the other cool air. It produced a code. I called Dyson they didn't even ask what was wrong. they told me to take it back to best buy. I returned it. This one is working so far...

Awesome...except for the battery

After stalking this mug for a while I must have given enough hints to my loved ones to have gotten it for Christmas. It does everything it's supposed to....when the battery is not dying. I commute about 20 mins daily from home to work and it's usually dead by the time I get to the office. I wrote Ember they wrote back with this long excuse of how there are so many variables (i.e. temperature outside, the temp of the liquid you pour inside the cup, etc) all the things the company doesn't warn you of before the purchase. After writing them about my dissatisfaction, they asked me to send the mug in for testing. I did, they sent it back saying nothing was wrong with it. I enjoy the mug, but with less than a 30 min battery life, I cannot recommend it.
