I’ve had Alexa devices for years but usually purchase Apple Products. I had always hesitated to spend the full price for the Home Pods. However with the huge 4th of July sale, I purchased one. I loved it so much that I purchased THREE MORE! They are amazing and the sound quality is superior to the Alexa devices. It still does many tasks like they did but I like the voice better. I selected Australian Man voice. They look sharp, are much more sturdy and EASY AS PIE to set up. They each took less than 5 minutes to set up! Highly recommended!!!

I’m a huge fan of Apple but for some reason always shied away from trying this. I’m used to Roku, did Chromecast, etc. The thing that always held me back was negative reviews and comments about the remote control. It’s NOT that complicated especially if you have or do use a computer. It took me about 30 minutes of playing with it to get the feel of operating it smoothly but it comes with a little instruction pack that explains everything simply. I LOVE IT! It’s an amazing system! It’s so simple to use and you can add HBO MAX and many other channels watch it right away!! I now find myself watching more on Apple TV than Roku and I canceled ATT.tv altogether! Give it a try! It’s a dream product once you get the hang of the remote. ONE THING TO MENTION THOUGH: You DO NEED AN HDMI cord to set it up which is NOT INCLUDED. Make sure you pick one up before you do your setup. Best Buy has many great choices for those, too!

Does my iPhone need to be on a specific way to charge? I’m noticing it only charges if it’s specifically on a diagonal. Is this normal?

Sometimes a white light starts blinking under the AirPod charger...what does that indicate?
Mine did that last night and I didn’t have my AirPods Pro on there correctly. If it helps, my pods case has a green light that shines when you put it on the charger. I look for it standing over it so I can see the green. This tells me that it has made a proper Qi connection and is charging, I think the white light is a warning that it’s not charging so double check to see if it’s making a proper connection.
