I just needed something cheap (would have loved cheaper) for apps for 2nd accts and this was perfect so far. Can have it on or off when I choose to pay the bill without any contract. You don't even have to put it in your name.

A breakfast room telly was giving us problems so I switched my Big D Blue Room with the bad telly. Found out it had to do with a cable wire & there's no problem with the old 1 but the new 1 is bad when it comes to sound. You have to double your normal listening volume. Other than that, it's a nice telly.

Dud.

So it says compatible with my car but after waiting 2 weeks for install date the tech looks at my car then says he cannot put this in because I have an aftermarket alarm system. I told him it's a Toyota alarm system by Toyota for my Toyota but he looked at me like I was stupid. He said to install remote starter he would have to disconnect alarm system so I looked at him like he was stupid and said forget it fool. I was very disappointed and was looking forward to having this in my car for the summer. Had a feeling something would come up since it's a free install. This is the first big disappointment with Best Buy in a long while. Will have a remote starter installed by a real pro someplace else so no more auto related items at Best Buy!

I buy my equipment there (depending on price and Amazon/ebay) but have a loyal independent installer do the rest (just finished calling him as I type this). Always a problem when it comes to those "Best Buy fly-by-night installers".

This phone was the worst one I have ever seen
ByMurat
There are a lot of issues coming with a new phone. 1.The proximity sensor issues. The phone screen is accidentally turning on during the calls, when the phone is on your ear/face/. You should press each time on the power button to turn off the screen, even though it again turns on accidentally after 2-3 minutes talking. So the screen is getting hot and uses more battery. Also, when the phone is in your pocket, it makes accidentally calls by itself 2. The finger print unlock issues . You should press on the finger print to unlock the phone from different - different angles. It does not recognize it is from first attempt. 3. There is no notification led lights on the top of the screen anymore. So, you will not notice if your phone is charging or get fully charged when you plug your into the power charger. Also you will not notice if someone called or messaged you, or if you received emails etc.
* I already purchased 5-6 new Galaxy s10 & 10 plus devices from different stores like T-Mobile, AT&T etc. All of them had the same issues I mentioned below. Also, I sent the phones to Samsung repair center, but they couldn't fix it (the proximity sensor issues) and sent me back the phone with the issues.

OK, so now I understand what are the "notification lights" are from the way you explained it being that you mentioned the top of the screen as well (you can tell that I'm not tech savvy and old even though it's self-explanatory DUH). I just associated it with the way the above poster stated. So thanks. Other than that, I too also keep having problems with the proximity sensor issues on my S7 of which I am replacing with the S10 at this writing. My not knowing if I need to charge or when it's full means a lot to me including the text or email alerts. I'm used to calling them more as alerts rather than notifications. Don't know why. I was even more wondering about cancelling my pick-up concerning the above until you mentioned that even the companies certified physical store phones had the same problem(s). I guess we'll be praying for necessary updates.
