The man who installed our Insignia Washer was fast and thorough. He did a really excellent job. He explained how to use the machine and put it through its first use minus clothes in order to clear out the tub before laundry use. He represented Best Buy well. Hope to get him again in the future.

Seems to work beautifully as expected. Very little noise. Cleans really well. We have not had this machine for more than a month and hope it holds up for years to come. Maybe get customers to rate the product 3 - 5 years after buying. In that way they could evaluate the "insignia" branded washer as a whole even though this model in all likelihood may not exist at that time.

Seems like a good product though it is brand new. It was a replacement for a Maytag which lasted only a few years. Remember Magnavox TV's,"the quality goes in before the name goes on." Unfortunately, manufacturing geniuses have figured out that when you make shotty products that don't last long whether made in the USA or not you have forced the consumer to buy much sooner than they expect. Great for profits and our captains of industry. Bad for hard working consumers. Hard to rate a new product, long before it has been tested.
