I have a turntable with a built in preamp. I want to know if this will work with it. It has the standard red and white RCA cables. I am also using JBL monitor speakers (JBL LSR305). Will these be compatible?
We were able to use our pre-amp but it is standalone not part of the turntable. Try hooking it up to the pre-amp port in the back of the receiver. We have Kenwood and Onkyo speakers and a Sony center speaker they sound awesome and hook up just like they would to any other receiver.
