Incredibly details characterizations of all persons portrayed, especially Diana and Margaret Thatcher. Season 4 by far is the best of all the current seasons. Even the segment Fagan was especially entertaining and showed the Queen's control of the encounter.

First of all, I'm an avid of Stephen King. THE STAND is on e of his masterpieces. I have seen the original film adaptation five times. I sold my DVD copy to purchase the 2-series collection, as I had nit seen the second version. I feel the second version is stunning, but it is still no match for the original. It's nit to say I didn't enjoy the second version, but the first is still my favorite. That's not to say I'm happy to own both films. Maybe I'll grow fonder of the second film in future viewings
