This one just didn't have the same level of charm and wonder as the first. There was way too much going on and the overall tone of the story was dark and dull. Visually it was quite stunning and I'm sure no expense was spared on the special effects, but all that couldn't save this film.

If you're a fan of the John Wick movies, this two movie collection is the best way to get them in 4K right now. They include all the special features of the individual releases (on the included blu-ray) and the 4K transfer looks great, especially on John Wick 2. I've heard the digital copy code is hit or miss, but I haven't tried it myself. If you enjoy intense, non-stop action movies with amazing fight scenes, these are a must-buy.

I already owned this excellent movie on blu-ray, but when I saw it had been released in 4K, I had to upgrade because the reviews on the new transfer were fantastic. I was not disappointed. The 4K video looks spectacular and greatly enhances the gritty detail Ridley Scott captured on film. The Dolby Atmos audio is thundering as well. Definitely worth the upgrade.

Fantastic Beasts is a new (and much earlier) chapter in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter centered around a young wizard by the name of Newt Scamander who accidentally releases some of his fantastic beasts on 1920's New York. It's a fun ride and interesting spin-off with some small references to events and characters from the previous films. Overall, the story and characters are entertaining and the effects are top notch, but maybe not quite as magical as the original Harry Potter movies.
