Provide cleaner, fresher and better tasting water and ice for your family with LG Genuine water filter. Genuine LG Water Filters provide up to 200 gallons of water before replacement (LG recommends changing your water filter every 3-6 months).

The installer, a sub-contractor, removed parts from the electric dryer (water hose, adapter, rack). This is a steam dryer that cannot be operated with steam due to the ineptitude of the installer. When we called back, they did not even show up to address the issues, despite our calling Best Buy. I will never go back to Best Buy again as this is the second bad experience.

The washing machine was installed, but the installers removed some parts necessary for future moving. After we called Best Buy they scheduled a follow up call, but they never showed up. The sub-contractor damaged our driveway and is still not providing support to address the problem. I would not recommend them at all.

The washing machine is good, but there are some options that are automatically linked to the program and cannot be deactivated (or activated) e.g. the turbo wash or the steam function.
I also do not like the fact that some cycles come with pre-set spinning speed which i would like to modify.
