The Quick-Release Battery Pack allows you to have backup power for select battery powered Ring Doorbells and Cameras. To charge your battery pack, simply connect it to a micro-USB cord and plug it into a power outlet. If the battery pack in compatible Ring Video Doorbell or Securtiy Cam runs out of power, you can remove your batteries by pressing the quick-release tab on the battery pack. Then, simply slide your second battery pack into your device, and you~re good to go.

I’m still trying to learn what this device provides vs Cable TV. Small investment required to gain that knowledge first hand.
Ultimately I would like to dump cable TV and just stream but I need to make sure I fully understand the technology, options, and overall cost before I’m fully committed.
I have four TV’s and have Fire Sticks installed on two of the lesser used ones to save on Cable connection feed and to gain a better understanding.
So far good, no real problems with the fire stick itself. The menu is strange from what we are use to with Xfinity.

. Take out the plastic white battery shield
. Remove the battery from the box
. Push the small finger tip button near the light on the unit
. The battery compartment can now be seen
. Inset the battery into the right battery hole, push down until it click
. Close the lid
. If done correctly the light will come on for a few seconds
. At this remove the battery from the unit and charge fully with the small cable that is included.
. When fully charge the battery light will turn color and then insert back in the unit.
. Now setup the unit using your computer or phone, would advise doing all the setup inside until you are ready to screw in outside.

Worked fine and then said unresponsive. Did the reset on it only to get same message. What am I missing? Is this a cheap alternative that does not work?
I had a similar problem.
I put the Sengled app on my phone.
To get the bulb in setup mode turn the light on and off five times with a second/two in between.
Then using the Sengled app on my iPhone I was able to get Bluetooth established.
The light was now controllable via Olexa.
