Great washer at a very reasonable price. It washes and cleans very well. It is also very quiet and well balanced so it doesn't dance around or make any noise like some we have had in the past. It is also very easy to use!

Geek Squad Protection often covers important repairs that your manufacturer warranty doesn't (like failure due to a power surge). Enjoy lifelike clarity and color with this 49-inch Sony TV. Its 4K resolution delivers bright, sharp images, and the HDR technology properly balances the light output for improved contrast. This Sony TV is compatible with digital assistants Amazon Alexa and Google Home for controlling its functions with simple voice commands.

I bought this TV and absolutely love it but Sony made a catastrophic software error that makes many Netflix videos unwatchable. Because this TV supports HDR-10 all DolbyVision supported media on Netflix defaults to DolbyVision mode hijacking your picture mode settings and changes the color scheme to a dim, dark picture (almost all Netflix original programming is effected). Note that this is an actual video mode on the TV and is NOT a Netflix issue. There are no options to fix the picture that make a meaningful difference and picture modes such as "Vivid" are not available in DolbyVision mode. The color is dull and lifeless and dark scenes are virtually unwatchable. Before you buy this TV it is strongly recommend you search online for experiences related to dim, dark, dull DolbyVision. If you are upgrading from a previous 4K TV as I did (upgraded from a Sony XBR-49X830C) you will no longer be able to enjoy 4K video on netflix in the picture mode of your choice because your settings will be automatically highjacked by default to DolbyVision mode. There is no option to opt out of DolbyVision on Netflix unless you lower the video quality in Netflix settings, defeating the purpose of of buying a 4K TV at this price point. Don't get me wrong. DolbyVision is very clear and crisp but even in a dark room the picture is very dark and the color is very dull. Adding the same picture modes available on other sources (like HDMI 1 or apps) would fix the problem but as if this review Sony continues or ignore 1000s of unsatisfied customers all over the web upset with this.
Some good though.... Otherwise the TV is very easy to use and the picture quality outside of DolbyVision mode is amazing. The Android operating system and ability to customize apps are also second to none! Hulu finally updated the Android TV app so profiles and the new dashboard are now available to Hulu users.

RE: Brand Response

Thank you very much for your suggestions. I had already spent about an hour on the phone with level 2 support, who made every reasonable attempt to alter settings and they had even remotely accessed my TV. The picture was not able to be brightened and I was notified by a follow up call that I would not receive any additional support because the TV was not broken. For that reason I see no productive path forward with future tech support discussions. This is a well known issue generating very high levels of dissatisfaction with this product. A software update is needed give additional picture controls or allow for users to disable DolbyVision mode. This is also not a Netflix issue nor does it have to do with video production. The color scheme, even on the effected content, is perfect outside of DolbyVision mode.
