Great laptop for the price. I bought this on sale as a backup laptop for my spouse. It covers the basic needs and the screen isn't too small. Lightweight and the battery hold a charge well so far. The keypad is a little darker gray so the printing on the keys contrasts well and is ready to see. Boots up quickly with the SSD and performs as expected.

Good sound bu TERRIBLE battery life (non existent)

Good sound, easy to connect to the Bluetooth source. Battery won't hold a charge so it's absolutely useless unless you can plug it in. Battery issues seem to be the most popular complaint, far too late to return this so it colllects dust at home when I need a portable Bluetooth speaker.

Very basic player, panasonic tech useless

Didn't work as expected... I connected it to my av receiver then the tv (pass through using hdmi). 4k disc worked fine with great sound and picture but the trouble began when I tried to watch a Blu-ray movie. The disc would not load and had the same issues with a regular dvd. Switched hdmi cables, same results. I connected directly to the tv and then all formats worked. Since this unit is bare bones there was no way to watch the movie and listen through my setup using digital optical.
Panasonic was of absolutely no use so I returned it. Best buy was great with the return, no issues.
To panasonic support team, I gave you a shot and you failed miserably. Lesson learned and I'll get a Sony next time

??? for team Panasnoic why won't this read Blu Ray discs when using pass thru with a Denon receiver. It reads 4K and DVD but will not read the Blu Ray discs, very odd HDMI cables switched and made no difference. HDMI ports on the receiver also switched
