I pre-ordered this steelbook back on 10/21/2023. As of today it is still sitting DELAYED... Typical Best. Uy failinh to fulfill my pre-order and are now sold out for shipping. Well soon Best Buy will stop getting my money once they stop the sale of physical media. They have the worst shipping, specially with steelbooks. Just be nice if Best Buy would do a better job of customer service. Way to fail at your job Best Buy...

Great film, Bad DVD quality...

My star rating is not a reflection of the film (5 stars). This 3 star review is due to the DVD version in the combo pack having a gralhical glitch in chapter 14 of the film. Bought a copy for myself and a family member. Both copies have the problem in the same point in the movie. Looks to be a bad port to thw DVD and hope they fix the issue. Really want thia film in my library...

Best Buy legitimately sent me a dented before shipping steelbook. The steelbook was well protected in bubble wrap which is a clear indicator it was dented before being shipped. Now that is some great service. Its a good looking steelbook if it wasn't dented. Not impressed...

The movie is great and definitely worth watching. Unfortunately, my copy arrived with a disc loose and scratched. Plus, the steelbook was also dented on the front. Very disappointing when you collect steelbooks.

It woulf be nice if the employees wouldn't send out product like DVD's/Blu-ray's that are loose in the case. It is getting annoying buying new product that is damaged. Steelbook looks great, but very disappointed with loose disc in the case and probably scratched during shipping. Looks like it is a return on this item...

This review is not on the movie. The movie is great. However, this review is on the condition of the steelbook. I have now ordered 2 copies of this steelbook and since it is only available for shipping. I have received both copies dented. These steelbooks are limited and collector. Should not be receiving them damaged. It would be nice uf they were better package, but Best Buy only cares about the money.

Played Blu-Ray one time. Disappointing!

Worked great the first time I played a blu-ray disc. However, the 2nd time I attempted to play a blu-ray disc. It will not play the blu-ray disc. Will be returning this disappointment and hope the 2nd one I get will actually play a Blu-Ray disc more then once. Never really buy LG and now I know why... Honestly, it's over priced if it only plays Blu-Ray one time. LG must stand for Lousey Garbage!

Preorders are meant to establish the demand for a product so a proper quantity can be manufactured. Instead, Best Buy chooses to continue their trend of small batches for block buster films. People who are lucky enough to squeeze into the tiny initial order window make out with 2 copies so they “have one in case the other gets damaged.” All that ends up happening is scalped online sales and fans left, once again, empty handed on release say. I’m glad that Best Buy is dipping out of the physical media game, because this stunt is getting extremely old.

Hey Logic, defending the saling of this option. When there are literally hundreds of these for sale on Ebay. Maybe if Best Buy would stop saling 20 to 40 copies to scalpers. Us customers wouldn't be so irritated by Best Buy's lack of saling to actual customers and not scalpers...

Do you know what a scalper is? That's who got most of the stock cause there are 100s on ebay. Don't lie about being available for a week cause It wasn't available for a week. I checked e ery day since the page was available on the website. Not once was it available for pre-order...

Does this actually play Blu-Ray discs more then the first use? I put Free Guy on Blu-Ray in this drive to watch it for a 2nd time and I am not able to play it. Seems like the LG stands for Lousey Garbage...
