Great movie, but I still don’t have it because Best Buy uses USPS which is the slowest shipping. Should of had it on release day but got mis-routed and they are taking there time to correct the issue.
Not happy at all and have to fight with reps to get compensated for it being late.

The player has good video quality and upscale is awesome. The problem is the software is complete garbage! I've had multiple crashes and have to rest to factory many times.
The implementation of Dolby Vision (DV) is stupid. You have to turn it on to watch a DV movie and turn it off to watch regular Blu rays or HDR content. If not it will force everything to DV.
It has been nearly 3 months as of this review since a software update and hoping they fix the DV problem.
Sony get your act together. I expect better from them.
