It has 2 lighting options which I like and 3 fan settings! Fairly easy to hard wire and install. Overall, extremely happy and highly recommend!

Beautiful Cooktop...directions are not the best

We just had our 36" KitchenAid gas cook top installed with the LP converter kit since we use propane. The unit is beautiful and so far cooking with it is a delight. The set-up directions were not the easiest to follow and I've contacted Best Buy with a question about the "torch" burner on the lower right. It is supposed to function as a dual burner, but does not appear to be working that way. Other than that question, I am thrilled. Note: Purchased this and a range hood on 5/16/20, but due to delays in our kitchen remodel, we just had the cook top installed today. Also, rating the ease of use a 4 out of 5 because the labels by the control knobs are faint and not the easiest to read. LOL...backsplash still needs to be completed in kitchen!

This is the first time I have ever given Best Buy a low score:(. Still don’t know what happened...bought a Sony 65” TV on Christmas Eve on line. I was in no hurry for the delivery. The scheduling tool gave me a Dec 29th appt with a morning window of 8- noon.
I got a confirmation text saying they would be there. Waited...waited...no show. At 1:00 pm I called and was told that the tv was not even in the warehouse and would not be in until the following Wednesday. Not only that, the next available install appointment was another week away:(. Not a good experience.
