Worked OK for awhile, but then the display failed

I purchased this model in August 2020, it is now September 2023. During the time we had it, it cooked well, but we wished that we had purchased one of the "bucket style" air fryers. This one wants you to constantly rotate the trays throughout air frying, which is a little inconvenient.
Today, the display went out, partially, meaning I can see only portions of the display, but I cannot make out the temperature or time that I am attempting to set it at. I can still start the unit cooking, but I don't know what temperature or time I just set it at.
I contacted Best Buy customer service regarding the problem, they were absolutely no help. They just quoted me the standard "one year warranty" jargon, and that was that. I contacted "At Home brands" (who makes the vortex), and spoke with a gentleman name "Denmark", and they did the very same thing: "your product is out of warranty; there's nothing we can do for you". They did offer me a small discount on a new Vortex, which I found to be a joke. While I understand how a warranty works, I found this to be in an acceptable remediation of the situation. When a person pays top dollar for what's considered to be a very high-end air fryer, a person expects it to last a lot longer than three years. I requested a new unit or a repair of the display, but they declined both. I guess I will trash this, but I won't be buying a Vortex or anything At Home Brands again. If air fryers are cheap and break often, well, then I will just buy a cheap air fryer and throw it away every few years. That's my recommendation to you.

Ice maker is kind of slow and refills loudly

So I bought this fridge 1/30/21, and I told myself I wasn’t going to write a review right away because if there were any foul ups with this thing, it wasn’t going to happen within the first week, so that’s why I’ve waited about 6 mos to write a review. So far so good as far as basic functionality. No major issues. I only have 2 main gripes. This thing makes ice very very slowly. If you only have one person pulling ice out of it 3-4 times a day then it’s not a problem but if you have a family of 4 grabbing ice out of it all day it runs out. My last freezer generated ice must faster. Not sure why, it just did. This one’s slower on the ice making and I don’t like it. The other thing is that when the ice dumps, and, it goes to refill the ice maker with fresh water, the pump is kind of loud. Like, louder than it should be. Again, my last refrigerator didn’t refill the ice maker this loudly. In fact, we didn’t notice it when it did because it was so quiet. For the price I paid you’d think things would be a little nicer and I know they’re basic gripes but I guess we’ll live with it. Otherwise everything else seems OK.
