With all our kids attending remote learning school and my husband working from home, we needed to upgrade our WiFi system. We purchased this eero system, and it has been excellent. We have much better WiFi coverage in our home and no more dead zones. It's been very reassuring that everyone can work in their separate work spaces and have good access to our internet. Finally, the Best Buy manager personally helped us choose our WiFi system. He knew all the different systems, was able to answer our questions, and ultimately help us make the best informed choice. So, great service, great products, great experience.

We had our washing machine delivered. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, they were only able to bring our washing machine to our garage and we would have to do the installation ourselves. At the time or purchase we were told about this change, so we knew exactly what to expect. The night before I got an automated reminder that my order was being delivered the following day and again the new policy was reiterated. Then, the morning of, I was called by the delivery scheduler, who again told me the new policy, and gave me a window of delivery. Everything came exactly as planned. I appreciate that Best Buy cares about the safety of its employees. I also appreciate that Best Buy was very upfront about the policy change for their safety. The communication was excellent.
