Good vacuum, but wi-fi connection issues

The vacuum does a pretty good job of picking up stuff around the house, but if i move it upstairs to do a different floor it has connection issues.. same when i move it back downstairs to it's base. We have a fairly small place and the router to the vacuum is only 14 feet or less and has low RSSI, but should still be able to connect.

Take on foes with this SteelSeries Nimbus 69070 controller, which features Bluetooth technology to connect to select Apple~ devices from up to 33' away. Pressure-sensitive buttons offer precise movement and navigation. Up to 2 Nimbus controllers as well as the Siri controller can be used at the same time.
