Look, it’s a tea kettle. It’s hardly the stuff found in a Star Trek or Star Wars episode. That being said, it works well enough and it’s priced well. I’m not wild about the “leakage” when one is pouring hot water out of it. ;But that may be a reflection of my own ineptitude.) Bottom line: I’d buy it again.

I’ve always wanted one, And when Best Buy put it on sale ($189), I jumped on it. I made the mistake of having it shipped to my daughter: it’s hers now and she loves it. I watched her use it for all her Holiday baking. Her kitchen counter space is at a premium but I noticed she’s managed to find a place for it. NO surprise: this is just a quality item!

The case is essentially worthless. The cutouts by which the user can access the phone’s buttons were inadequately made: I could not access the phone’s right side button at all.
Solution: new—and different—case.
While I generally applaud Best Buy’s products, this product was a complete failure.
