Bought because i had expensive gifts to cover protection with, however, the members only were supposed to have more exclusive drops to the ps5 and xbox but i think they didnt do too many for the value of what you pay. There was many more drops that werent exclusive to total tech members and i think they left us in the dark on that aspect...bait and switch deal. Just my thoughts tho.

Bought this since i buy quite a bit from best buy...i might as well have some protection. As a gamer, initially was gonna buy just for access to get ps5 and xbox easier, but since i buy a lot of stuff it was worth it overall. I think coverage has some grey areas and they need to be more defined for a high price tag so you really know what kind of protection you get. Dont buy if your trying to get a console imho.
