Poor timekeeping and poor workmanship

My window for installation was 7-1. FOUR installers arrived with no apology at 1:45pm. Installed dryer. Didn’t test it but just showed me how to power on and off. When they had left i discovered there was no gas connected. Called BB - got passed around and was told someone would be out later that night to fix them told on another call it would be “tomorrow” then the next day I was told in two further weeks.
The four incompétents had also managed to destroy my newly purchased and installed hose vent.
Eventually BB sent excellent engineers 5 days later. They installed new vent and fixed everything. These people were efficient and polite and on time.
Pleased with final result but the inconvenience was dreadful before the issue was resolved

Beautiful looking excellent dryer

Love the features, styling and almost everything about this dryer. I connected the Wi-Fi for my new washer so it would notify me when the load was complete. I COULD NOT get the Wi-Fi to work with the dryer. After hours of trying, reading manual and looking online I eventually called LG who informed me their smart app would only work with ONE appliance at a time. Doesn’t seem so smart to me!

Nice weight iron with good steam/ spray features. Iron doesn’t always get as hot as I think it should. Purchased this to replace another shark (same model) that was 2 years old and stopped working (problem with faulty power cord and had to hold it in certain way to connect power). I like the iron but was very disappointed how long the previous one lasted.

I had a new Samsung filter which made the water taste metallic. I complained to Best Buy and they didn’t want to know. Called Samsung - not interested.
I purchaeed a new filter which worked well immediately.
I just feel cheated that the previous new one (costing over $50) was useles and meant I couldn’t use my fridge water and ice supply for weeks.
I know things can be faulty but feel disappointed that both Best Buy and Samsung wouldn’t stand behind their product.

Many great features and beautiful styling

I previously owned a Samsung which was almost 8 years old and although looked new was not repairable. I was told 7 years is what to expect out of a fridge so I walked into Best Buy DETERMINED not to buy another Samsung as parts were hard to get.
I didn’t want to spend too much if it was only going to last 7 years.
Samsung did the nicest, best features, value for money etc and with B.B. haul-away option I purchase another Samsung.
The left door feels like it doesn’t close properly although it does seem to cool ok.
When I walked into the store I found the
Shop floor model had the same “feature”. Doesn’t feel as though it sticks closed.
I spoke to Best Buy about it and they didn’t want to know (I’ve never found that before). So I will have to contact Samsung.
So if you buy this fridge check this “feature” before the installer leaves your property.
