Although I bought this in May due to the unusually cool weather we have been having I only recently have turned it on. I am extremely happy with how quiet it is which is my number one priority of a fan. The air flow is not as forceful as previous fans I have had but it is good enough for me. The most important features were quietness and slim design and it aced both.

Although Reminder Rosie appears to be a simple digital alarm clock with LED display, this powerful tool can tell the time and date, and hold up to 25 reminders. Memos can be preset to go off daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. Reminders are personally recorded, so they can be in any language and offer familiarity and comfort. For many seniors and people living with mobility issues, sight and hearing loss, and dementia this offers independence. No Internet is needed. The unit plugs into a standard wall socket and uses three AAA batteries for back up.~

Reminder Rosie is so helpful for me and my Dad. I programmed reminders for my Dad for the times and what medicines to take at the different times. This has helped him be less forgetful with his medications and therefore helped reduce my stress level as his care giver. Hearing my voice is comfortable to him. Repeating the message over and over until he shuts it off by pushing down on it makes it easy to use and successful. Great device. My Dad doesn’t like tablets and smartphones but he is so comfortable with this item because it just looks like a normal clock.

I love having a pedestal as it makes loading and unloading the washer so comfortable also love the extra storage it provides. I previously had an LG washer and pedestal and to my disappointment when I bought my new LG washer I was not able to use that pedestal, I had to buy a new one as they would not install the new machine on the old pedestal. So the new pedestal is just fine, almost exactly like my previous one that was in excellent condition and on its way to a recycling center.

So much quieter than my old one

This is replacing another front loading LG washer. I had that one for 8 years and 8 months until it broke. Disappointed that it broke so soon yet I felt it was too old to be worth calling a mechanic. So I decided to buy a new machine. Wasn’t going to buy another LG but when researching Consumer Reports gave all its highest ratings to LG. So I bought this one that looks just like my old one. Is working well and is so much quieter than the old one, big improvement. Only thing I do not like is what others have mentioned about the panel being hard to read. Was not like this on my old one. I have since put a small flashlight near the washer to be able to read the settings when I change them, ie. I usually change the temperature to a cold water setting.

I have a ceiling fixture that hangs over a chair I use for reading. The wall switch is across the room from the chair. I used to start reading, realize I needed more light then have to get up and walk across the room to turn it on. Now I have the remote control on the table next to the chair and just press the button to turn the light on or off. Bonus is the preset middle button that I have set for 1/2 power which is the usual amount of light I need. So I just press that one and my light turns on to the perfect preset setting.
