The sound is really good but the touch controls do not work as advertised. They are also larger than I expected and don't fit as well as I would like. They function well enough for what they are just don't expect greatness.

The product works great but the process of getting it set up (the AT&T website they tell you to use does not load) was a pain. After a YouTube search on a how to get it set up everything works great! The issue isn't a Nighthawk issue but an AT&T issue. Once it is set up it is easy to use.

Not all that great but it works

I mistakenly purchased this, thinking it was glass, but is plastic. However, the price was good (on clearance) so I went with it. When I put it on, the squeegee the package provided gouged the plastic. It works so I'm keeping it on but wouldn't buy another one.
