Samsung 43 2021 Art tv ,Not even One Free art picture on it you have to pay for everything, only comes with a black frame if you want different color you have to pay and get another frame installation and brackets very confusing ,customer service very poor not knowledgeable they confuse the 2020 art tv with 2021 art tv which they are different, for the installation videos they only have it for Tvs 50 inch and up and only for 2020 models nothing for 2021 model 43 inch, it also comes with the big and heavy One conect box that you have no way to hide behind the tv in less you are cutting a big piece of wall behind, the tv otherwise is ok but it’s not worth $1050 for a 43 inch 2021
