We had a TV installed and then a microwave on another date. The installers were excellent and knew the products well. However, I deducting two stars because both times the delivery time was confirmed the day before. Both times the installers arrived after the scheduled time.

Paid Full Price, Got Refurbished Product -TWICE

Buyer Beware! Best Buy sells refurbished Kitchen Aid mixers as new products. Brought a brand new mixer and was disappointed to find that the beater was scratched, a nick had a bad paint job, and there was a wire sticking out of the handle. Returned it and got another mixer. Same problem. This time the bowl was scratched in several places, and ther was a nick under the handle. See photos below.
