My only real gripe is that it doesn't have a 4K Blu Ray player built in. On paper it's not as powerful as the Xbox one x, however I noticed a huge difference side by side with the PS slim. More details, smoother game play. (Tested red dead 2 and Spiderman).
It's a bit pricey for the difference and if you have a 1080 TV I would just stick with the the slim. I'm running it on a Sony Bravia X900F.

Does this sound bar have a night setting?
Yes but honestly it's not very good. My old sound bar has a night button and turned off the subwoofer and killed the bass. It was great. This one kinda just amplifies the center while lowering the bass, but the subwoofer still hits a little hard. It's not really much of a difference.
