I liked this product, my teeth feels significantly more clean than normal toothbrush. The initial vibration intensity is weird to get used to, but after 3, 4 brushes, it feels fine.

Nice free offering, but watch out for gotchas

There are so many things that you can accidentally do on the online management portal that results in fees charged to your account, just be very careful when changing/downgrading/upgrading plans/services, you'll often run into additional charges to your on-file payment method. Customer service will NOT revert any charges to you. If you're trying to use this for free, watch out for the gotchas.
