The TV was not thoroughly explained to me how to work most of the functions and the remote for Dish was not correctly adapted to the TV and nor was the one we put in the bedroom where we transferred the other one either. HALF-HEARETED TECHNICIANS to say the least.

THEY WERE NOT PART OF THE BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD WHEN I ASKED THE DRIVER WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO HE REPLIED REMOVE THE TV FROM THE BOX PLUG IT IN TO THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET WINTER HAVENON THE TV AND THATS IT. I HAD TO MAKE A TRIP TO BEST BUY TO FINE OUT WHY I SPENT $ 128.00 TO HAVE A THIRD PARTY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. IHAD NO CHOICE BUT TO COMPROMISE WITH BEST BUY AND WAS GIVEN $ 65.00 DOLLARS OFF THE ORIGINAL PRICE. THET GAVE MR HALF BECAUSE THE DRIVERS REMOVED THE TV FROM THE BOX.AND THEY HAD TO MAKE SOMETHING.
