There was a language barrier with the installers. If I hadn’t been there they would have left a huge piece of styrofoam underneath next to wiring leaving a potential fire hazard. I also had to point out that the unit was not level. They did hook everything up and took care of the trash.

Fancy and does what it says but randomly pauses Continuously. GEs response was to read the manual. Told me to clean the pump filter. I’ve had the issue since day one but even after 6 weeks of use there was barely anything in the filter. Cleaned it and same problem. GEs next response is 3rd party repairmen. No fix there either. Issue reappeared 10 minutes after they left. Return call “well order a part”. The unit comes with a smart phone app as well. No, it does not notify you that it paused the load, nor does it consistently tell you that it randomly paused the load when you check manually. I now babysit the unit downstairs with a blink camera. For $2,000 I would expect it to work for at least a matter of months before having chronic issues. There’s clearly a software or hardware problem with the unit.
Now to be fair if it did not have this problem I would be a fan, but this is making more work than my old set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working in about 9 months. The back rollers began getting slower and slower. Best Buy offered to replace it and told me once I had a new one I could purchase an extended warranty like the one that was offered when I bought the first one. I wanted this because it started having issues at about 6 months and wasn’t usable at 9 months. I received the replacement and now they say I can’t buy an extended warranty. Now if I want to return it I have to get the replacement to the store which I can’t even lift. Now they are not offering extended warranties on any massage chairs which means there were a lot of returns and or repairs.

The chair stopped massaging from the waist up. It’s stuck, only massaging the waist and legs. It does massage the arms, just not the back or neck. Remote has code error E101. Tried a new remote but still had the same problem and code.
