Says available free shipping for days but denied

I kept trying to order this movie because it was on sale and said available to ship for free but everytime I clicked checkout it would throw up ‘not available anymore for shipping’ and I tried chatting with customer service twice letting them put the order in but it failed thise times also.

Slow reacting tv

This tv has a very slow reaction when switching apps and also disconnects from certain apps a good bit.

Amazing and beautiful picture

I did a ton of research because I wanted to upgrade my Samsung UHD that I bought 7 years ago and I wanted the best I could get for the money and this tv had the best reviews across the board. I will say I didn’t buy it from BestBuy. Originally I purchased one from them that was an ‘Open Box Excellent’ unit but upon picking it up I discovered it was far from ‘excellent’ and was missing the stand & remote and had been hanging on the wall as a demo for months so I cancelled that order and bought it brand new locally for less then Best Buy’s price. But the tv is an amazing tv with the best picture I’ve ever seen on a tv. It’s over-priced at the moment at $2,999 but I didn’t want to wait but I’m sure it’ll be dropping more soon so if you’re more patient then I am I’d wait for it to drop to at least $2,499 and probably less within a few months. But either way you won’t regret buying this tv because it’s top of the line and Best TV of 2022.

3D stopped working after a few months

After a few months the 3D feature stopped working and it would not play 3D discs anymore. Spend a little more and get a reliable player.

Great movie, terrible 4k

I rented this movie at first from REDBOX and loved it so I bought this 4k version of it. When I got ready to watch it I was so disappointed because the resolution was grainy and horrible with the 4k. Way worse then Blu-Ray. I checked all of my settings and couldn’t make it any better so I returned the movie thinking maybe I got a bad disc but the second one wasn’t any better. I’m not sure what’s up with it but I was very disappointed with the 4k.
